- So girl fight videos are being uploaded to YouTube.

- - CBS’s lamely-named show CRIMESIDER did a special report on the growing trend of girl fight videos on YouTube.
- - - Note: The use of the term “Growing Trend,” which implies a trend that is growing, does not actually hold any statistical relevance in this case.
- - - - In fact, according to CBS they actually lack any statistics on the “Growing Trend.”
- - - - - They just saw some videos on YouTube.
- - I was going to talk about how being videoed may make them fight more, or about how adults in the videos really should be breaking up the fights and not (I presume) helping run the camera, or perhaps wax poetical about the degredation of society.

- A tropical jungle resturant in a hotel from mid 1800s in the middle of New Jersey.
- Well, that was until Gordon got his hands on it.

- The food was apparently mostly bad.
- And the management was someone who just liked to yell at people and argue about the food.
- Including about how hot the meal was, even when returned.
- And yelling at the customers about all they wanted was free food.
- Again, unnder Gordon apparently a dramatic attitude change.
- And a change of menu, staff, decore and pretty much everything else you can change without moving out.

- It aired on Kitchen Nightmares tonight.

When I last left off, I was in the Nazi Nunnery, trapped in the Corridor of Death. I had no option but to take cover behind the very radar consoles I was supposed to sabotage. The heavy guns did a real number on the machinery, which only left two consoles to deal with. Unfortunately, they were placed behind the machine gun nests that had me pinned down.

I lunged into the Corridor, tossed one grenade in one direction, another in the other and dove back behind cover. The sounds of explosions and sparking electricity told me that the L’Ossuaire radar station was finally out of business. It wasn’t until I left cover again that I learned the grenades had destroyed the radar consoles but not the machine gun nests guarding them.

And they say the Irish are lucky.

I put my head down and ran out of the nunnery, bullets whizzing past my ears. The whole abbey was swarming with Nazis, but my faithful Thompson barked at them and drove them back. I jumped into the Bugatti, whipped into a bootleg turn and got the hell out of there.

At least, that was the plan. Suddenly, a German armored personnel carrier came flying out of the underbrush and t-boned my Bugatti! Two more APCs crashed into me, and I suddenly found myself pinned between a stone wall and 6 tons of Nazi armored vehicle.

Bob, you might want to stop reading now. I had no choice but to slap a remote-detonation charge on the dashboard of the Bugatti, hurl myself over the stone wall, and push the plunger. The resulting fireball claimed the Bugatti and all three of the APCs. The loss of three armored vehicles on top of their radar station enraged the Nazis to a level I had not yet seen. In another time and place, it might have been known as a “4-star wanted rating”. And I was now without a vehicle.

I ran through the briars and I ran through the brambles. I ran through the bushes where the rabbits couldn’t go. I wound my way through silent farming villages and shimmering fields of grain. Finally, I crossed a river and found myself on the outskirts of Paris as the sirens ceased their cry. I had slipped through the net.

I staggered to the nearest Resistance safehouse, hoping to find a safe place to collapse. Alas, things had been happening while I was away. The head of my Resistance cell had been contacted by a cell in another part of the city, and wanted to form an alliance. I had grown used to being an Emissary of Death. Now, I was to be an Emissary of Peace…

After my quick dip in the Atlantic, the British Secret Service had a
new job for me. It seemed the Nazis had set up shop in an abbey outside
of Paris. The place was called L’Ossuaire, “the boneyard”. Cheery. The
goosesteppers were operating something called “radar” out of a station
on the abbey grounds, and the Brits didn’t want them to continue.
Normally, the Secret Service would simply call in a bombing run and be
done with it, but the Nazis were using the nuns as human shields. Only
a precise, calculated strike on the station would shut the Nazis down
without putting the inhabitants of the abbey at risk. This was no job
for a bomber.

This was a job for a saboteur.

I had been “borrowing” cars
for the Resistance for some time, and I would have to call in a few
favours if I was to reach L’Ossuaire before daybreak. I chose a
Bugatti; its speed and handling would get me to my destination and
provide a quick getaway when the job was done. I figured 32 bundles of
dynamite would be enough for the trip; destroying the designated
targets and still having some left over in case I passed anything on
the way that needed blowing up.

The drive was relatively uneventful(only four explosions) and I
soon found myself on the outskirts of the abbey. I encountered a guard
enjoying a cigarette and relieved him of his uniform, then simply
walked through the gate. I knew my disguise would never hold up under
scrutiny, so I concentrated on attracting as little attention as
possible. I quietly patrolled the area, eliminating lone guards and
leaving little “presents” next to anything that looked useful or
expensive. I soon had the Nazis running in circles, wondering why the
warranty had apparently run out on all of their equipment
simultaneously.

I was down to my last objective, the control terminals within the
nunnery itself. My disguise had held up so far, but patrolling the
entrance was an SS officer. I knew I’d never get past that sharp-eyed
devil with pure Irish charm alone. I’d have to sneak up on him and make
sure he was in no condition to ask questions. As he walked past me, I
stepped from the shadows and crept after him, my heart pounding in my
ears. I reached out a hand to silence him…

And the son-of-a-bitch turned around.

Since my hand was
already extended, I simply closed it and slammed it into his face. He
made a satisfying thud as he hit the floor, but sadly there were men
nearby who heard it. I suddenly realized that the Nazis had set up
machine gun nests at opposite ends of the corridor I was standing in,
and barely had time to draw my Thompson before I was caught in a deadly
crossfire…

- The US portion is about the size of DC.

- Poses a problem with big waves and swollen tides.

- Why now?
- A rather large 8.0 earthquake hit Samoa and US Samoa and started a rather large and deadly tsunami that hit all the islands.

- Burying the islands in rivers of mud, driving boats into tree tops and pretty much stripping the land of most buildings.
- at this time 165 reported dead, 22 of which are in American Samoa.
- The Prime Minister of Samoa is planning a mass grave.
- Unsure if the American Samoans are being included in this.
- Many help agencies are rapidly sending relief workers down to Samoa to help out.

Less than a week ago, I traveled to Le Havre on the coast of France, to
have a chat with the British Secret Service. They’d heard of my
exploits in Paris and contracted me to steal a mysterious box from the
Nazis in exchange for information on where my arch-nemesis Kurt Dierker
was hiding. I had the box, so it was time for answers.

The Brits revealed that Dierker was actually at a castle less than
a mile from Le Havre, getting ready to return to Berlin via zeppelin.
Armed with nothing but a German uniform, a stolen truck, a few sticks
of dynamite, and a tommy gun, I set out for the castle.

The truck got me past the front gates, but not through the great
oak door into the castle keep. The dynamite opened that door, but with
my cover literally blown I was faced with a contingent of angry guards.
Nothing the Thompson couldn’t handle, of course, but things got a bit
hairy when the Nazis started bringing out the flamethrowers. Good thing
I found that crate of grenades.

I fought my way to the top of the tallest tower and onto the
zeppelin, where I found Dierker skulking about in the shadows. He
wanted to show me this shiny new gun that Der Fuhrer had given him, but
I felt I should take it from him as I had heard somewhere that gunfire
inside a zeppelin is a VERY BAD IDEA.

Well, no one told Dierker, because he got off three shots and
triggered an explosion. So, now the zeppelin’s on fire. My
arch-nemesis, no doubt embarrassed at his mistake, beat feet and I had
to chase him along the crumbling catwalks of the disintegrating
airship. I caught up to him just in time to see him take the last
parachute and dive out a hatch, leaving me to ride the burning zep down
into the icy Atlantic.

A long swim and a short walk later, I soggily informed the British
that Herr Dierker would not be returning to Berlin just yet. They
claimed to be surprised at my survival, but they couldn’t have been
that surprised. They already had another job for me to do…

But that is another story, and this letter is already practically a novel.

-7pm breach confirmed, security screenins stopped, so TSA officials and police could search concourse for guy, who had already left, unnoticed and unidentified at 5:50.

-7:45 shut down concourse C, evacuate it, search it, and send everyone back through security screening.

-10:30pm security screenings resume; 1:30am last group of passengers gets through security.

-6 hour delay; back to normal in the morning

-guy found and arrested Friday night (nearly a week later) in Piscataway, NJ where he lives: Haisong Jiang, a 28-year-old Rutgers University graduate student from China.
