Volcanicast used to be a weekly current-events podcast where we culled our topics from the very most searched terms on Google. These search terms, on the Google Hot Trends website, are listed as "Volcanic," hence the name of our show. More importantly though we didn't actually care too much for the topics so we went on tirades, tangents and ... something else that starts with a "t" about them.
The show was equal parts relevant and irreverent, spanned the profane to the profound, and skirted easily from deep gazing into man's soul, to shallow gazing into woman's... well... you know.
We had (and still have, for the time being) an awesome fan site, Volcanipedia, which was run by our one-time editor, Crazy Nutso. He noted the notes that weren't in the show notes.
This site isn't going anywhere. You can always come here to listen to old shows (I wouldn't suggest the first one though). There will be very little new in the feed, however. Just announcements of new shows and perhaps a "best of" or two down the line.
Volcanicast is, was, and will always be rated explicit. And that's only because there is no worse rating.

We’re done! It’s been a wild ride and I wouldn’t have missed it for the world, but we’re done! The next post in the feed will be one of two things:
1) An announcement of our new show.
2) An “episode” made by our #1 stalker Crazy Nutso, sort of a “Best of” show.
I’m closing up shop otherwise, though. That includes the email address but NOT the voice mail line. The YAK line will remain up because we’ll use it for the next show, and on into perpituitary… perpigillium… perpun… Whatever.

Among the awesome is something that perhaps you did not intend. As this is done in roughly chronological order, I am amazed at the quality increase in the show over time.

In this, the last Volcanicast EVAR we don’t even really need show notes. We pretty much ramble, reminisce, and ruminate on whatever we feel like. Oh, and we talk about a dozen or so topics. But not at length; don’t worry.
